Üçge Total Quality and Customer Relationships Training

Üçge organized a training to its employees for the studies about the beginning of the quality concept in business life and its development processes, employees aspects of the quality concept and differentiation of customer demand, priority and unconditional supply of customer satisfaction.

Trainer- Quality Systems Specialist Salih Yurtseven stated “Today’s one of the essential terms “Quality” has began to be discussed in each classes of the society. People started to express their dissatisfaction verbally and in written if the service or product cannot supply their expectations either in service sector or in production sector. Thus, they force the production and service sectors to have higher quality in other words to provide service or manufacture products that can reply all kinds of customer expectations.”
